| Partnership with Texas Tech University From our foundation in 1996, under the auspices of the Moreno Valley Arts Council, we have partnered with Texas Tech University in Lubbock,Texas, to bring live theatre to our remote mountain communities. Mountain Theatre imports the Summer Rep Season from the Texas Tech Department of Theatre and Dance to Angel Fire after they have closed on their home stage.
