Angel Fire Mountain Theatre is very grateful for the
support of individuals and businesses who help us to
bring quality live theatre to the Angel Fire area.
Foremost among them is Texas Tech University
Department of Theatre and Dance. While it is difficult to
assess the value of their contribution, it easily reaches
the thousands of dollars, each year. When they close
their summer rep season, they pack it up in a rented
truck and make the 13 hour drive from Lubbock to
Angel Fire. They don't just bring the cast and crew, but
the stage (purchased specifically to meet the needs of
AFMT), lights, sound system, curtains, custom made
drape (with the AFMT Logo), sets, props,
costumes...get the idea? We pay for the truck. We try
to pay mileage to the students who drive, a small
(measely actually) meal allowance, and small stipend.
We provide lodging for the duration and try to make
their stay fun. Our other expenses are for venue rent,
and the big one, promotion. We get help with the
promotion from the Village of Angel Fire Lodger's Tax.
New Mexico Arts and the National Endowment for the
Arts also provide grant funds to assist with the stipends,
travel costs and production costs.
Ticket sales, concessions sales and our
Season-running raffle add to the coffers, but we'd still
fall short if not for the individuals and businesses that

Co-Produce a TTU Production! For a contribution of $2,500.00, you can be a co-producer for
the Season. You will receive billing credit in the theatre program, tickets for up to four people at each
performance of that production and photographs of you and your cast on the set of the production.
Sponsor a TTU Company Member! For a contribution of $1,500.00, you can sponsor a
cast/crew member for the Season. You will receive two tickets to a performance of each production,
and recognition in the theatre program.
Be a Guardian Angel! Guardian Angels contribute $500.00 and receive two tickets to a
performance of each TTU production. This contribution pays the stipend for one cast/crew member
during the Season.
Join the Producers Circle! Contribute $200.00 and receive two tickets to a performance of one
TTU production.
Be a Prompter! For your contribution of $100.00, you will support the educational arm of Angel
Fire Mountain Theatre. Proceeds will be used to purchase scripts for evening play-readings and to
underwrite visiting artists who perform and hold workshops in our local schools.
Be a Theatre Builder! Designate your contribution of any amount and we will add to our
permanent venue fund. We are currently negotiating for year round venue space at the The Cove Arts
Center. Your contributions will help us ensure the rent and build out for a stable venue for the Arts while
we await development of a permanent performance space.
Note: Contributions to Angel Fire Mountain Theatre may be considered tax deductible under code 501
C (3) of the Internal Revenue Code, except for that portion which is allocated for value recieved, such
as tickets.
